Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, calm, organised and passionate Toddler Room Practitioner to join our all year round toddler team 22-36months . The ideal candidate will have the ability to support children in all areas of our curriculum and to build and relationships with parents and carers.
Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to toddlers in a nursery setting.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
- Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play sessions.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to childcare.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their development and sharing insights with parents.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment that meets health and safety standards.
- Drive initiatives that encourage children's curiosity and creativity through interactive play.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or working with young children is essential.
- A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with children and families.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing situations.
